Refund policy

As our products are made specially for you, we only accept returns for damaged items.

Our size charts clearly display the measurements of each garment so please choose carefully as we do not accept returns or exchanges in the event you ordered the wrong size.

In the rare event you receive a damaged item, please contact us immediately and send a photo of the product to wheek@guineapigpad.com. The item must be unworn, unused, and have all tags and labels still attached.

European Union: Sorry, but at this time we only ship to addresses throughout the USA (due to shipping costs).
